Kelly is keen to share knowledge gained from her successful triathlon age group experience. Her coaching philosophy is shaped by her education and career in nursing and public health, and her life as an athlete. Based around the idea of sustainability and longevity in the sport, she believes that triathlon is a lifestyle and that whilst there will be big aggressive goals and challenges set, at the end of the day there is enjoyment and balance. She wants to see people continue to participate in triathlon into their 70s and beyond.
Kelly can help you not only get to the start line of your big event in great shape, but she can help to get you to the finish line and achieve the goals you set - regardless of what the day throws at you. She wants to build fit, tenacious and resilient athletes.
Kelly is an IRONMAN Certified coach and brings her experience as an elite coached athlete, her race experience and her formal education in health and nutrition to the Base Performance Coaching and Wellness program.
