Why not add triathlete to the list? I'm sure it couldn't eat into my daily schedule too much and hey, maybe I'd lose some weight along the way. How demanding can this sport really be? After watching the 2009 Ironman World Championships I was hooked. I never swam, biked or run over 100 yards having played football through college. Training in the early morning and late at night, I needed something to help me train harder, recover and stay healthy. I started using BASE products and noticed a big impact. Over a year later I've lost 30lbs, completed several triathlons and have improved my fitness by knocking off 1hr 40minutes of my 70.3 PR. Thank you BASE.Goals: Continue to refine my training and increase my level of fitness. For the 70.3 distance improve my PR to sub 5 hours. Qualify for Ironman World Championships. Continue to set an example to my kids on how important it is to be fit and have that personal drive to reach goals. Continue to support and raise awareness for charitable organizations like More Than Sport.
