My training is typically 7-10 hours a week and a cross between a half ironman plan and full ironman plan because of the running I’ve been doing. I train before and after work on most days with long workouts on the weekends. I have a running and swimming background and picked up cycling 3 years ago. I work speed, tempo, and endurance into all three sports. I use BASE Amino before my run and bike sessions, and during long runs and bike sessions.
