Absolutely love these tanks!!

So far so good. I’ve had issues with hamstring and calf cramping during long endurance events down here in the Miami humidity. Won’t know for sure until my next race on 19 May as I’m a very different person on race day than during training. Already lost two of the tubes. May have to buy some tic tacs.

When I tried the greens I was concerned that the combination of superfoods would make the taste of the drink earthy. I also was concerned that when I mixed it with the recommended amount of water it would be thick or clumpy. I was so thrilled when it was tasty, easy to drink, and a great midday treat to give me a boost of energy to punch through my usual midafternoon slump. Definitely adding this to my wellness routine!

Base Amino recovery is great. I use it for recovery and supplement my water with it daily. As a vegan athlete I like the simple and tasteful way to up my protein intake

When I am training and need fast electrolytes, base salts is the way to go.
