BASE Salt: The Tic Tac Method
During the course of a long training session or race salt is an essential part of success. When you need it, you need it fast and efficiently, you don't want to wait for your body to digest it through your stomach. This is why we have come up with what we call the Tic Tac Method. Just lick it and flip it, and you are good to go. We have had many requests for more information on how this works so I put together this quick video to explain the details.
