"I used the BASE Performance Salt for my electrolytes in all of my triathlons this year and it worked amazingly well! I was using salt tablets before that (even in my marathon at the beginning of 2011) and they were a disaster. Several of them broke open while running and were unusable and I found them difficult to swallow while running even though I practiced in my training. The BASE salt mixed nicely with the fuel I was using and added electrolytes to my nutrition strategy seamlessly."
