Derek Couse

Derek is a cancer survivor, celebrating 10 years cancer free this year. His goals for the year are Wildflower and Ironman CDA to celebrate turing 40 years old.

Coming off a good performance at Wildflower has really helped my confidence.

Long Term Goal:

I really want to continue improving. My first Tri was only a year and a half ago, so I am still very new. However, I am going to go back to Boise next year and try to qualify for the 70.3 worlds in Vegas. I have a lot of work to do, but it is my goal.
